Les \u00faltimes decisions s\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;habilita la Seguretat Social per a concedir morat\u00f2ries en el pagament de les cotitzacions socials a empreses i aut\u00f2noms i es permet l&#8217;ajornament del\u00a0 pagament de deutes amb la Seguretat Social fins al 30 de juny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els aut\u00f2noms que accedeixin a la prestaci\u00f3 per cessament d&#8217;activitat podran ajornar sense c\u00e0rrec la quota de la Seguretat Social de mar\u00e7 pels dies que hagin treballat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A part, les q\u00fcestions m\u00e9s importants referides als aut\u00f2noms es responen en aquest bloc\u00a0 de preguntes freq\u00fcents elaborat pel <\/span><b>Govern de les Illes Balears<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Soc aut\u00f2nom\/a i tenc un petit comer\u00e7 que \u00e9s la meva \u00fanica font d\u2019ingressos, m\u2019he de donar de baixa?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, continua d\u2019alta i contacta amb la teva m\u00fatua per poder cobrar la prestaci\u00f3 (ajuda) extraordin\u00e0ria que el govern central ha aprovat per a aut\u00f2noms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Em dedic a fer reparacions d&#8217;electricitat\/fontaneria\/etc., puc anar a una casa a treballar?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, sempre i quan sigui en una situaci\u00f3 de necessitat i afecti a productes de primera necessitat (com l&#8217;aigua, el gas, l&#8217;electricitat o les telecomunicacions).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Si soc aut\u00f2nom, em puc acollir a un ERTO?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tens al teu c\u00e0rrec treballadors per compte ali\u00e8 s\u00ed, sempre i quan concorrin les causes de for\u00e7a major o productives. Si no tens al teu c\u00e0rrec treballadors NO pots demanar un ERTO, per\u00f2 SI pots demanar la prestaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria per cessament d\u2019activitat dels treballadors aut\u00f2noms sense haver-te de donar de baixa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Si soc aut\u00f2nom, puc cobrar prestaci\u00f3?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si ets aut\u00f2nom o aut\u00f2noma i les teves activitats queden suspeses per l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma o la teva facturaci\u00f3 cau m\u00e9s d\u2019un 75% respecte del per\u00edode de facturaci\u00f3 del semestre passat, pots demanar una prestaci\u00f3 fins que acabi l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma. A m\u00e9s, durant aquest per\u00edode cotitzar\u00e0s a la Seguretat Social i no se&#8217;t reduir\u00e0 la prestaci\u00f3 que puguis cobrar en un futur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Hi ha un m\u00ednim de cotitzaci\u00f3 per sol\u00b7licitar-la?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, no hi ha un m\u00ednim de temps cotitzat. Els requisits s\u00f3n estar d&#8217;alta abans del 14 de mar\u00e7 del 2020 i estar al dia en el pagament de cotitzacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">I si tenc deutes amb la Seguretat Social?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Seguretat Social permetr\u00e0 a qui no estigui al dia amb els pagaments en la data de suspensi\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat o de la reducci\u00f3 de facturaci\u00f3 que ingressin les quotes degudes en un termini de 30 dies. Una vegada produ\u00eft el pagament, es podr\u00e0 accedir a la prestaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">En cas d\u2019obtenir aquesta prestaci\u00f3, quant cobrar\u00e9?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 70% de la teva cotitzaci\u00f3 mitjana dels darrers 12 mesos en el R\u00e8gim Especial de la Seguretat Social dels Treballadors per Compte Propi o Aut\u00f2noms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Com puc demanar la prestaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria per cessament d\u2019activitat per a aut\u00f2noms?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tens <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caib.es\/sites\/coronaviruseconomia\/ca\/preguntes_freqaents_0_0\/contenido.do?idsite=10945&amp;cont=119143\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tota la informaci\u00f3 aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Quines ajudes hi ha per liquiditat dels aut\u00f2noms i les empreses?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La l\u00ednia d\u2019aval d\u2019ISBA, Societat de Garantia Rec\u00edproca. Aquesta ajuda es tramita directament amb ISBA SGR,\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s de <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isbasgr.es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la seva p\u00e0gina web<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 hi ha una l\u00ednia de finan\u00e7ament de l&#8217;ICO (Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito Oficial) per a empreses i aut\u00f2noms amb necessitats de liquiditat. Es poden sol\u00b7licitar fins a 500.000 \u20ac amb un tipus fix m\u00e0xim anual del 1,50%TAE, sense comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;obertura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es pot fer servir per a refinan\u00e7aments i l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 financera t\u00e9 un termini de dos, tres o quatre anys (un any obligatori de manca).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totes les operacions compten amb el 50% de garantia, atorgada per l&#8217;ICO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es podran formalitzar pr\u00e9stecs fins al 31 de desembre de 2020 o fins esgotament de fons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qui s&#8217;hi pot presentar?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empreses i aut\u00f2noms del sector tur\u00edstic, transport, Hostaleria, Educaci\u00f3 o Activitats recreatives, d&#8217;oci i entreteniment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es pot sol\u00b7licitar a les institucions financeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ico.es\/web\/ico\/ico-sector-turistico-y-actividades-conexas-\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, l\u2019ICO ha aprovat una l\u00ednia d\u2019avals per a empreses i aut\u00f2noms per garantir els pr\u00e9stecs o renovacions concedits a empreses i aut\u00f2noms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ico.es\/web\/ico\/ico-empresas-y-emprendedores\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ico.es\/documents\/19\/2221442\/LINEA+ICO+EMPRESAS+Y+EMPRENDEDORES+FICHA+LARGA\/2598e856-7ad1-44ef-806b-a7d198921733\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document Empreses i Emprenedors<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tel\u00e8fon gratu\u00eft d\u2019atenci\u00f3: 900 121 121<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per tal de fer front a la situaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica derivada de l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma, el Govern d\u2019Espanya ha ampliat el paquet d\u2019ajudes als aut\u00f2noms.
