Alomar critica que \u201cl\u2019obsessi\u00f3 del PP-Vox per l\u2019asfalt i la destrucci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l r\u00fastic\u201d.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El govern insular ha decidit afrontar la saturaci\u00f3 del tr\u00e0fic d\u2019aquest estiu acumulant carrils a les carreteres, en lloc de planificar el decreixement del tr\u00e0fic i del turisme. \u201cQue al Partit Popular li agrada l\u2019asfalt ha quedat meridianament clar\u201d, afirma el conseller del Grup Socialista, Gabriel Alomar, tot lamentant que \u201cs\u2019ignorin les recomanacions d\u2019un estudi de capacitat de c\u00e0rrega encarregat pel mateix Consell de Mallorca\u201d. Aquest estudi proposa mesures com la gratu\u00eftat del transport p\u00fablic, l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de la xarxa ferrovi\u00e0ria, la creaci\u00f3 de carrils reservats al transport col\u00b7lectiu, la mobilitat compartida i la limitaci\u00f3 de l\u2019entrada de vehicles a l\u2019illa.<\/p>\n<p>Alomar denuncia que el PP \u201csegueix refor\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas del cotxe privat de la millor manera possible: posant m\u00e9s d\u2019asfalt, l\u2019imant dels vehicles provats, de la velocitat i dels accidents de tr\u00e0fic\u201d. El conseller recorda que aquesta estrat\u00e8gia \u00e9s contraproduent, ja que \u201cquan s\u2019introdueix un nou carril dins una xarxa ja congestionada, tota la xarxa en conjunt acaba embossada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00edtica socialista tamb\u00e9 s\u2019est\u00e9n al decret llei promogut per PPVox, que permet requalificar s\u00f2l r\u00fastic per edificar sense esgotar el s\u00f2l urbanitzable. Alomar alerta que \u201ctan sols a Palma s\u2019encimentaran m\u00e9s de 680 hect\u00e0rees de s\u00f2l r\u00fastic \u2013l\u2019equivalent a 680 camps de futbol\u2013\u201d, amb un impacte directe en el creixement poblacional: fins a 150.000 residents m\u00e9s i almenys 70.000 cotxes nous en un municipi sense infraestructures adequades.<\/p>\n<p>El conseller denuncia l\u2019agressi\u00f3 al territori i al model de vida de Mallorca. \u201cAquests dos partits, ja pr\u00e0cticament indistingibles en les teories que defensen, estan consumant justament all\u00f2 que la gran majoria de la societat mallorquina no vol: una generalitzaci\u00f3 i propagaci\u00f3 territorial de l\u2019asfalt, trista met\u00e0fora del negre futur que li espera a Mallorca\u201d.
