Es tracta de la revista Oliaigua i permetr\u00e0 donar una major visibilitat al sector gastron\u00f2mic de la nostra illa i esdevenir una eina de promoci\u00f3 del nostre producte local.<\/p>\n<p>La revista \u00e9s un projecte que ha posat en marxa el departament de Projecci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica, liderat pel conseller Miquel Company, en el marc de\u00a0la nostra candidatura de Menorca com a Regi\u00f3 Europea de Gastronomia 2022 per l\u2019IGCAT. T\u00e9 com a objectiu aportar una major difusi\u00f3 dels nostres valors gastron\u00f2mics locals i donar a con\u00e8ixer iniciatives gastron\u00f2miques innovadores i\/o rellevants de la nostra illa.<\/p>\n<p>Company ha volgut posar de manifest que &#8220;\u00e9s un projecte cabdal per a Menorca perqu\u00e8 mostra un clar suport a tots els sectors claus i que s\u00f3n el motor de la nostra economia&#8221;. Pret\u00e9n ser, en definitiva, &#8220;la revista que mostri Menorca a nivell nacional i internacional gr\u00e0cies a una plataforma en l\u00ednia i tradu\u00efda a diferents idiomes precisament per apropar aquesta eina a tothom&#8221;.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Oliaigua, que es publicar\u00e0 cada tres mesos, servir\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 com a canal difusor de la nostra candidatura com a regi\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica. Cal dir que es tracta d\u2019un projecte compartit entre l\u2019administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, entitats i associacions del sector, aix\u00ed com del sector gastron\u00f2mic privat.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la seva elaboraci\u00f3 comptar\u00e0 amb 9 col\u00b7laboradors: Bep Al.l\u00e8s, expert gastron\u00f2mic de Menorca; Ruth Llopis, artista referent menorquina; Francesc Font, t\u00e8cnic agr\u00edcola; Borja Bene\u00efto, expert i referent gastron\u00f2mic; Sara Sanch\u00eds, sommelier; David Baret, periodista; Edu Cend\u00e1n, periodista; Fra Roger, entitat gastron\u00f2mica; i Luisa Coll, coordinadora Regi\u00f3 Gastron\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p>El primer n\u00famero d\u2019Oliaigua, que ha estat subvencionat pel Govern Balear a trav\u00e9s de fons de l\u2019ITS, inclou diverses tem\u00e0tiques i formats, sempre amb el producte local com a eix transversal.<\/p>\n<p>Amb tot, el PSOE Menorca celebra la voluntat dels socialistes en seguir avan\u00e7ant per promocionar la nostra cultura gastron\u00f2mica i el nostre producte local a trav\u00e9s d\u2019iniciatives innovadores i adaptades a les noves tecnologies, i vol agrair la magn\u00edfica tasca dels seus representants a les institucions per dur endavant iniciatives fonamentals com aquestes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row el_class=&#8221;img_noticia&#8221;][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;25805&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=&#8221;intro&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text][\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]El Consell Insular de Menorca ha llan\u00e7at una nova publicaci\u00f3 digital per promoure la nostra cultura gastron\u00f2mica.
