En el cas de Menorca, les dades de 2025 mostren que m\u00e9s de 258.000 turistes es van allotjar en uns 5.600 habitatges tur\u00edstics legals, que concentren un total de 30.000 places tur\u00edstiques. &#8220;Per qu\u00e8 aquestes persones no han de pagar IVA i, en canvi, si s&#8217;allotgen a un hotel o a un apartament, s\u00ed que en paguen?&#8221;, ha demanat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pons ha criticat que el PP s&#8217;oposi a aplicar el 10% d&#8217;IVA als habitatges tur\u00edstics i ha assenyalat que si els habitatges tur\u00edstics tamb\u00e9 estan subjectes a l&#8217;ITS, &#8220;per qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha de mantenir l&#8217;exempci\u00f3 de l&#8217;IVA als habitatges tur\u00edstics?&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pons ha recordat que Marga Prohens havia prom\u00e8s que lluitaria contra la saturaci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica i que pujaria l&#8217;ITS com a f\u00f3rmula per combatre-la, mentre que, segons Pons, el president del Govern d&#8217;Espanya, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, &#8220;ha tingut m\u00e9s seny i ha ent\u00e8s millor la situaci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears&#8221; amb la proposta d&#8217;aplicar el 10% d&#8217;IVA als habitatges tur\u00edstics. &#8220;Per quin motiu el PP hi ha votat en contra? Quins interessos hi ha darrere?
